Matt is a serial founder who has worked in Salestech, Logistics, Sports, and Healthcare. Most recently, he exited Staffworx after scaling operations to $7M ARR in two years. A belief that the craft of team building can be formalized and repeatable drives his philosophy of recruitment at Spork.

When not recruiting or ideating about the next great SaaS product, he spends his time with his wife, son, and dog. He is an above average skateboarder, an average mountain biker, and a mediocre chess player.
